Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 4–7 business days.
Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that all items are produced in small batches and carefully finished before shipping.

Delivery Times

We ship to mainland destinations within the European Union, as well as Norway and Switzerland.

Estimated delivery times are typically 2–6 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and local carrier conditions.
Please note that delivery times are indicative and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping to mainland Portugal is always free.

For other eligible destinations, shipping costs are calculated based on the total order value:

Orders below €95: €7.90 flat-rate shipping.
Orders of €95 and above: Free standard shipping.

Shipping fees always apply to remote regions, including the Portuguese islands (Azores and Madeira). The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

At this time, we do not ship to non-EU customs territories, including:

  • Canary Islands
  • Ceuta
  • Melilla

All prices displayed at checkout include VAT where applicable.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
You can use this to follow your package until delivery.

Undeliverable Packages

If a shipment is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer, or
  • Failure to collect the package from the delivery provider or pickup point,

the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging our products securely.

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  • Notify the delivery provider immediately, and
  • Contact us at info@layertheory.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the packaging and the item.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate the matter with the shipping provider.
All claims are subject to the carrier’s investigation and resolution process.
